Manual Adhesion Release (MAR) is the premier form of soft tissue treatment to remove adhesion/scar tissue, and is the quickest and most effective way at fixing nerve entrapments. MAR is 1 of 2 treatments within the Integrative Diagnosis system. Integrative Diagnosis is the best system for diagnosing muscle, nerve, and joint problems.
Instrument Adhesion Release (IAR) is an instrument based form of manual treatment that is designed to effectively remove adhesion without damaging the overlying healthy tissue. It’s also one of the only instruments on the market that has a proper hands-on training program to train the provider on exactly how and where to treat your problem. Common conditions in which IAR works efficiently are tendinitis/tendinosis of the Achilles and elbows (tendinopathy), forearm pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis.
Chiropractic Adjustments to the spine and/or extremities may be performed in order to restore normal joint movement. Joints can often become restricted with chronic problems or during contact sports. As a result, this can impede normal joint motion and generate pain and inflammation. The adjustment (or manipulation) helps restore joint motion by removing this restriction. This treatment is often performed after the removal of muscle adhesion so that adjustments require less force and are more effective.
