Meet The Doctors

We’re the only professionals in Colorado with the certifications to take on your most severe injuries. Our goal is to guide you in rebuilding your strength and lowering the risk of future injuries.

Dr. Drew Ruebbelke

Dr. Drew has treated thousands of people so far and continues to get the opportunity to help people everyday that have not had their problems resolved, because other health care providers failed to really listen. A lot of treatments can temporarily reduce pain, but when the right treatment is done in the right tissue with the right technique with the right amount, it can drastically reduce pain and enable your body to move as designed.

Dr. John Appleman

Dr. Appleman prides himself in approaching your unique situation with a team mindset. Listening, truly listening, to his patients and their problems is what he believes sets himself apart from other providers who may have failed in resolving your problem. Dr. Appleman has experienced many injuries throughout his life, and he knows what it takes to get you feeling and functioning better.

We are out of network providers with all health insurances. This means that instead of billing your insurance directly, we provide you with a receipt, often called a “superbill,” for you to give directly to your insurance company. If your plan has out of network benefits, your insurance will reimburse you directly.

Insurance companies put limits on treatment options, and only care about saving money. They do not care about your health, but we do. Our job is clinical excellence, and ensuring you get the care you need. Therefore, we do not participate with health insurance companies.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, FSA (Flex Spending Account), and HSA (Health Spending Account).

If you decide to start with a consultation, the cost is $50. If we decide you are a good fit for our clinic, and a candidate for care, the next step is to book the initial examination. The $50 consultation fee will then be deducted from the comprehensive cost of the consult and exam, with a remaining balance of $160.

The purpose of the consultation is to determine if you are a good fit for our unique and specialized care. The consult is a 15-20 minute phone call directly with one of our doctors. During the call, the doctor will get a brief history of your problem, answer any questions, and determine if moving forward with an examination is necessary. During the initial exam, the doctor will get a detailed history of your problem, perform the flexibility and strength tests, establish and review your diagnosis to you, and answer any questions. You can expect the initial appointment to take up to 60 minutes

There is no treatment on the first visit. The doctors need to accurately diagnose your problem before knowing what and how much treatment you need. When it comes to your health, quick fixes don’t exist. Patience and compliance are necessary when it comes to resolving your pain and injuries.

The cost for treatment is $150 per visit. However, the majority of our patients prefer prepaid treatment packages to help with the cost of care.

We are conveniently located near I-25 and South Colorado Boulevard, at 1777 S. Bellaire St. Ste. 220 Denver, CO 80222. We are on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall, and will be the last suite on the left.

Please come in workout attire. If you’re coming in for an upper body injury such as a shoulder pain, please wear a tank top. If you are coming in with a low back or lower body injury please wear running shorts.

We offer ample parking options while visiting the clinic. There are open surface parking lots surrounding the building with designated 2-hour visitor parking spots. Look for the green and white signs located within the parking lots (see below). There is also 2-hour street parking, and an overflow parking lot at the corner of S. Bellaire St. and Colorado Ave. In the overflow lot, you are welcome to park in any spots that are unmarked, that do not have a red “reserved parking” sign.
