Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept my health insurance?
We are out of network providers with all health insurances. This means that instead of billing your insurance directly, we provide you with a receipt, often called a “superbill,” for you to give directly to your insurance company. If your plan has out of network benefits, your insurance will reimburse you directly.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance companies put limits on treatment options, and only care about saving money. They do not care about your health, but we do. Our job is clinical excellence, and ensuring you get the care you need. Therefore, we do not participate with health insurance companies.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, FSA (Flex Spending Account), and HSA (Health Spending Account).
What is the cost of the initial exam?
The cost of the initial examination is only $140.
What is the purpose of the Initial Exam?
The purpose of the initial exam is to get the history of your problem, perform the exam, establish and explain your diagnosis to you, and to answer any questions you may have. You can expect the initial appointment to take up to 60 minutes.
Do you perform treatment on the first visit?
There is no treatment on the first visit. The doctors need to accurately diagnose your problem before knowing what and how much treatment you need. When it comes to your health, quick fixes don’t exist. Patience and compliance are necessary when it comes to resolving your pain and injuries.
What is the cost for treatment?
The cost for treatment is $70 per visit.
Where are you located?
We are located in Cherry Creek at 3300 East 1st Avenue Suite 420 at the intersection of Cook street and 1st Avenue. Enter the building from Cook Street(the east side of the building). We are on the 4th floor of a white with black windows, 6 story office building.

Where can I park?
There are 2 options for free parking lot options while at Apollo. There is an open lot near the corner of 1st Avenue and Adams Street that has about 40 spots total. It is on the east side of the building and wraps around to the south side. The open lot will has signs in each parking space that say “No TRU Fit Parking.” Don’t let it confuse you, these spots are specifically for visitors of the building and it’s okay to park there. There are an additional 30 spots next door at 55 Cook Street, inside the Alexan Apartments parking garage. You can access the 55 Cook Street garage from the open parking lot by driving all the way through to Cook Street. Turn into the garage directly off Cook Street, and go straight ahead up the ramp to park. Keep your eye out for the signs indicating 3300 visitor parking, and follow them accordingly. Attached below is a parking map, as well as additional photos of the building and open parking lot so you know what to look for.
