Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept my health insurance?
We are out of network providers with all health insurances. This means that instead of billing your insurance directly, we provide you with a receipt, often called a “superbill,” for you to give directly to your insurance company. If your plan has out of network benefits, your insurance will reimburse you directly.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance companies put limits on treatment options, and only care about saving money. They do not care about your health, but we do. Our job is clinical excellence, and ensuring you get the care you need. Therefore, we do not participate with health insurance companies.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, FSA (Flex Spending Account), and HSA (Health Spending Account).
What is the cost of the first visit?
The cost of the initial consultation and examination is only $210.
What is the purpose of the Initial Exam?
The purpose of the initial exam is to get the history of your problem, perform the exam, establish and explain your diagnosis to you, and to answer any questions you may have. You can expect the initial appointment to take up to 60 minutes.
Do you perform treatment on the first visit?
There is no treatment on the first visit. The doctors need to accurately diagnose your problem before knowing what and how much treatment you need. When it comes to your health, quick fixes don’t exist. Patience and compliance are necessary when it comes to resolving your pain and injuries.
What is the cost for treatment?
The cost for treatment is $150 per visit. However, the majority of our patients prefer prepaid treatment packages to help with the cost of care.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located near I-25 and South Colorado Boulevard, at 1777 S. Bellaire St. Ste. 220 Denver, CO 80222. We are on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall, and will be the last suite on the left.
What do I wear for my first appointment?
Please come in workout attire. If you’re coming in for an upper body injury such as a shoulder pain, please wear a tank top. If you are coming in with a low back or lower body injury please wear running shorts.
Where can I park?
We offer ample parking options while visiting the clinic. There are open surface parking lots surrounding the building with designated 2-hour visitor parking spots. Look for the green and white signs located within the parking lots (see below). There is also 2-hour street parking, and an overflow parking lot at the corner of S. Bellaire St. and Colorado Ave. In the overflow lot, you are welcome to park in any spots that are unmarked, that do not have a red “reserved parking” sign.
